A source said that there is reliable information that the journey of terrorists started from Abbottabad. A special route started from Abbottabad. After this, these terrorists moved towards Muzaffarabad and then infiltrated India via Tail and Rajouri route. Various intelligence agencies have reported this route. It is important to mention here that Abbottabad is known for hosting many academies of Pakistani armed forces.

Sources said that these terrorists may be in this area for a long time and can join other attacks with other terrorist groups. The NIA is now investigating their possible relations with previous incidents including terrorist incidents last year.
