In Haryana, castor leaves are considered beneficial for adding pain, swelling, skin disease and wounds and people treat their old problem only through it. If people believe that people say that if there is swelling or pain on the body with hot mustard oil, then applying castor leaves is perfectly cured.
Giving more information to local 18, Bindra Devi said that castor leaves are found comfortably in her area and it is very easy to identify them. Their design is like a star. He told that his ancestors used to cure the problem of the greatest pain through this medicinal leaves. He said that whenever he feels swollen or pain in his knees or on his hand, he breaks the castor leaves found near the house and ties it with a mild hot mustard oil. In this way, the big pain ends in a few days and it eliminates the pain from the root.
They also say that the leaves of the agri have antiseptic properties and hence the wound heals rapidly. When there were no hospitals in the old times, then people associated with Ayurveda used to work to heal the biggest wound through this leaf. In this, the leaves have to be tied through turmeric and hot oil and that wound used to heal in a few days.
