New Delhi. We and you must have traveled a lot in the train. Indian Railways operates a total of 13 thousand trains in its 18 zones daily, in which millions of passengers travel. In the midst of all this, there are some special trains that do not run for us and you nor for any VVIP. The purpose of running these trains is more special than that. These trains are also called ‘Treasury Train’, which runs at the behest of Reserve Bank of India i.e. RBI. These ‘e-special trains’ were recently told in the five-part documentary of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Jio Hotstar.

Armed guards and advanced technical equipment make this train impregnable. Each box is protected from strong passwords and special seals, which is impossible to open. It plays an important role in keeping the country’s economic system smooth.

It was told in the documentary that this train transferred not only not only notes but also sometimes precious items like gold. Its speed, time and route are kept secret so that there is no risk. This train is a symbol of technical skills of Indian Railways and RBI.
