Balaghat The official identity of the four hardcore Naxalites killed in the big Naxalite encounter on Saturday has been registered in 56 serious crimes on Sunday as Rita Hidami (Maharashtra), 23 criminal cases registered Ravi (Chhattisgarh), 13 Naxalite case Tulsi alias Vimla and 10 serious crimes accused Suman. The four Naxalite Area Command Members (ACM) were ranked and a total reward of ₹ 56 lakh was declared on them. According to the police, all of them were active in strengthening the Naxalite network on the boundaries of Maharashtra-Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh for many years.
Chief Minister told big achievement
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav described this action as the adventure and successful strategy of the security forces. He said that the central and state governments are working together towards the target of Naxalism -free India by 2026. The Chief Minister also appealed to the Naxalites to surrender.
More than 600 soldiers are doing search operations on the border
High alert continues in the area after a big Naxal encounter on Saturday in Roopjhar police station area of Balaghat district. After the killing of four hardcore Naxalites in the encounter, security forces have started intensive search operations on the borders of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh. Joint teams of CRPF, Hawk Force and District Police are involved in this operation. Overall, more than 600 soldiers are conducting patrolling and search operations in the forests. Their goal is to catch any remaining Naxalites and make the surrounding areas completely safe. Police sources believe that some Naxalites were able to escape at the time of the encounter, which can now be hidden in the forests. Therefore, the boundaries of GRB division have been monitored and tightened. Also, drones, dog squads and night vision techniques are also being resorted to so that the Naxalite network can be completely eliminated. The administration is continuously taking cooperation from the people of the area.
