Agricultural machine expert Avtar Singh says that farmers Multicolor machine (Mulcher machine) With the help of this, the crop residue of maize can be easily mixed in the soil. Mulchart machine cuts these residues into small pieces and spreads it into the field. After this, the farmer should turn the soil with MB Plaw (plow). Then fill water in the field and spray 10 kg of urea per acre. Within a few days, these residues will completely turn into soil and turn into manure.
Mulchart machine is available in the market in 7 feet and 8 feet size. To run a 7 -feet of mulcher, a tractor of 50 to 55 horsepower is required, while 55 to 60 horsepower tractors are required for 8 feet. Running this machine is consumed by about 3 to 4 liters of diesel per hour and it can dispose of crop residue in about 3 to 4 acres in an hour.
The price of 7 feet of the 7 feet is about 2 lakh 15 thousand rupees and the price of 8 feet is about 2 lakh 25 thousand rupees. Prices may be slightly less than the company and model. The good thing is that the government is giving subsidy of up to 50% to farmers on buying multiple. To take advantage of this scheme, farmers will have to register online on the website of the Agriculture Department of Uttar Pradesh Government and take a token.
