New Delhi: Mannara Chopra’s father Raman Rai Handa died in Mumbai on 16 June. He was 72 years old. The news of his death was shared by Mannara through her Instagram stories, in which she gave information about the official statement and funeral of the family.
Raman Rai Handa was a lawyer in the Delhi High Court by profession. He was married to Kamini Chopra. The Handa family has close relations with the Chopra family, although Mannara rarely describes it in front of the public. Mannara responded to the speculation on his relationship with her cousins in a previous interview to Siddharth Kannan. She said, ‘If I had taken the name of my family, people called me Napo Kid. They would say that I have no identity of my own. Now when I did not take his name, he made another story that relations with my sisters are not good. My relationship is very settled.

Talking about Priyanka, Mannara said, ‘I saw her growing up, because I saw that she could buy things on her own.
