I am sure in the whole history – more than once – the bookworm worm wished to take a whole library in his pocket. I do not think my collection of Jane Austain, Romanty, and Dystopian fiction books is particularly library, which may have been imagined by Old readers, but my library and count of 403 titles definitely feel like heaven on earth (or I should say ‘cloud’).
The e-readers offered this wish, led the allegations in the early 2000s with Amazon’s Kindle and Barns and Nobel’s nook. The nook for the most part fell and was replaced Box Tablet, but it is safe to say that e-readers are meant to live here. For more than a decade, I have owned a couple of different models, and recently acquired the brand-new, 12th generation Kindle Paperwhite From Amazon. This is one of my most use, Good travele The equipment, but there are some things that I have to change the right with the bat to make my reading experience optimal.
So, here are four tips and low-covered settings, I will immediately change on my kindle paperwite if I were you.

Turn on the clock while reading
I want some accountability
Anyone who has ever come in a life -changing readid, knows the danger of “another chapter” temptation at 3 pm. It is unmistakable, and until you see the clock, the time is a construction, right?
I can get away with such bing on the hot summer nights between the semesters – you can feel the lack of responsibility in the utter air. But now, I have work in the morning, so that the clifhenger will just have to wait. The best way to remind yourself is that money comes to pay money with great discipline, with a clock on your screen. Kindle’s default setting is to hide it – almost as it never wants you to sleep – so here is told how to turn it on:
-
Tap on top of your screen.
-
Select “Come“The option in the menu that appears at the top.
-
Tap “More,
-
Toggle “Show the clock while reading,

Close popular highlights
My eyes can’t help myself
I will spoil the bend at the end of the chapter, just before keeping an eye on the lower part of the page I have reached there – I have to physically cover down with my hand, so I’m not mistakenly. Therefore, if I entice the words so easily in the lower part of the page, what do you think when I look at the physically lined parts of the lesson? My eyes jump immediately to eat which is often an incredible sentence.
Popular highlights are lines that are often highlighted or anotated by other readers. I am not an anotator myself, and I really have no use for convenience in general. All popular highlights pose the distraction and remove my ability to notice powerful lines appearing in the story and appreciate powerful lines. If you agree, here is told how to disable them:
-
Tap on top of your screen.
-
Select “Come“The option in the menu that appears at the top.
-
Tap “More,
-
Scroll down once. The second option will be “Popular main attraction” – Close it.

Turn on page turn animation
What’s wrong with a little craze?
I should accept, I naturally do not dislike default animation – it blinks a page blinking the other, and I really enjoy it. However, it is always nice to switch small things in my routine to keep things interesting. I recently tried another option, “Page turn animation,” and the way it was seen tickled.
Instead of blinking, it is more than a swiping animation. Here is how to turn it on:
-
Tap on top of your screen.
-
Select “Come“The option in the menu that appears at the top.
-
Tap “More,
-
Scroll in all ways to the bottom. ,Page turn animation“The second one should be the last option – turn it on.
This is not a race for me, and I am not trying to burn through each chapter as it is a biology textbook assignment.

Set hotspots in advance
If you do books as soon as possible, the more fast
The worse thing than finishing a book is that you have to wait one or two years after finishing a book on the e-reader, when you finish a book on an e-reader and only to feel that you never download the next one and B, it realizes that there is no Wi-Fi. I have found myself in many such bills because e-readers were one thing, and I have finally found a solution: connecting with my personal hotspot-but the thing is that, you should really do so before time.
To find Wi-Fi settings, go to the main home page and click on the three-dot menu option in the top-right corner. From dropdown, select settingAnd then tap Wi-Fi and BluetoothChoose another option, Wi-Fi networkAnd find your hotspot to enter and connect passwords.
Make sure your phone has a hotspot set “Searchable“If you still don’t see it, scroll on your kindle and tap”Re -scan,

Get rid of reading progress
What’s the rush?
Now this is a setting that always keeps my gear on the ground. Reading is a pleasant experience to avoid the nature of reality, not to get some “through something.” A book is a symbol of journey which is the point instead of the destination. I have never understood those who refuse to read a book because it is too long – I read 10,000 more pages of the throne of the whole J month, if I ever got a chance.
This is not a race for me, and I am not trying to burn through each chapter as it is a biology textbook assignment. Now it will be a great feature for homework. But my romantic novel is not a reading Comprehension Examination, so it is mentioned here how to disable it:
-
Tap on top of your screen.
-
Select “Come“The option in the menu that appears at the top.
-
Tap “More,
-
Select the option long ago: Read progress,
-
This will give you five options: Page in book, time left in book, time left in chapter, place in book, Or nobodyI chose nobody,
