I buy on Saturday and present on Sunday. My Kidos take out their favorite vegies – and sometimes new – when we do grocery store. This is a great way to give agency to my children and who knows? That vegetable can be his new favorite. These secretly veggie -packed dishes are great for including more nutritional food in my family’s routine. They are also great for my pickles eaters. I think if I can achieve two out of three items eaten from the plate (one in three in a thick week), then dinner was a success.
These dishes are filled with nutrients (and taste), but still the pickey-eight has been approved.
Breakfast: Homemade Carrot Cake Grenola
Lunch 1: vegetable stir Fry
Dinner 1: Vegetable Chow Mein
Dinner 2: fried rice
Sweet: Carrot Cake Grenola Ferfit

• 3 cups old -fashioned oats
• 1 cup Pekan
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 cup puffed millet
• INE Cup Honey
• ½ cup raisins
• 1 cup chopped coconut flakes
• 2-6oz package of chow mein noodles
• 4 cups of jasmine rice
• 5 ounce soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of oyster oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
1. Extra noodles
I like to add extra noodles to the vegetable chow mein dish, who are left, either out of the pan or directly out of the fridge.
2. Easy swap
It is great to stir-fry because veggi options are versatile-so fry to win your veggie bin.
3. Get best fried rice
When the entry makes fried rice, the day old, cooked rice works best to avoid a soulful rice.
4. Double on sauce
Most of my domestic sauce is sauce, so I like to double my sauce and triple.
5. How to get crisp granola
Be sure to remove moisture from the chopped ginger before baking the granola. And if you want some fresh vegi crunch, add your paraffit to the carrot cut freshly.
