Intelligentsia Cold Coffee Review: My Week Drinking Cold Cans

Cold coffee cans now take an entire fridge at my local grocery store, and most of them are some forms of cold brow. I have no problem Cold brow (And if you are a cold decoction person, I understand and respect your life options). But it is very subtle and smooth, I do not think it likes enough taste, well, coffee. This is why I am interested in seeing flash-child coffee and its bright, puncture flavor. One of the new people to hit the market is from the world of direct business coffee, intellectuals from long stallwarts.

Flash chilling vs cold brow

So first, a little bit about flash chilling, how it is different from cold brue coffee, and why intelligent flash-child coffee can be worth a place in your breakfast drink rotation.

Flash-prepared coffee is heated and cooled rapidly. Cold Bru, such as the name suggests, uses cool (although not cold) during the brooing process. Hot water removes a full spectrum of flavor from ground coffee: Berry, citrus, spice, it runs the gamal. On the other hand, Cold Bru, in my opinion, offers more a note flavor profile.

Importantly, the flash-child coffee is not just a complete pot of hot coffee dumped above ice. Typically, water is used to heat and divided between ice in a wine -making vessel. When I make it, I use 60% hot water and 40% crushed ice. It cools and cools immediately by cool and balanced ice for a hot coffee, and produces the taste that matches more closely that you get if you drink it hot.

What do we like

Intelligence’s cold coffee has a taste of a chocolate cherry, which is easy to drink without a notice that makes me bored with a lot of cold brue. And when the caffeine content is not listed anywhere on the can, it did not give me what kind of irritable caffeine jerk to me usually makes the cold decoction.

It does not come with the same feeling of ritual that rotates the thick circle of water on a kemex, but it was a sharp, easy way to start the day down the 8-ounces.

What will we leave

A real negative aspect for intelligentia’s cold coffee cans (which I have found with every cans of coffee, which I have ever tried) is that it is just after a metal. As long as you find ready-to-drink coffee in a glass bottle, however, this is the price of entry.

How does a canned home compare?

Drinking any kind of canned coffee leaves me with a question: is it better if I have made it myself? In most cases, it is impossible to answer. I do not know much about what happened in Can, so trying to make it again will be a shot in the dark. But intelligentia is actually a cold coffee mixture, so I got myself a bag to vice versa and compare. I made it as a cold brow concentrate and flash-child. And I was pleasantly surprised that my own cold coffee came close to the taste of Cand coffee. It was also built for some very caffeinated morning.
