From Nagaur bypass to Netra village (Nagaur-Netra Package I) 87.63 km long, the department has received an approval of 1394 crore for the construction of Fourlane and Nagaur bypass (Amarpura to Goggelav) with Pewdsholder. XEN Deepak Parihar of PWD NH said that 87.63 km long from Nagaur bypass to Netra village of Jodhpur district will be converted into a forelane. 394 crore has been approved.
Land acquisition will be done
Under the project, 6.55 km long bypass will also be constructed in Bawdi. Through this, it will help to reduce the traffic of the entire section including the city of Bawdi. The tender process will also be released soon. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Currently, Nagaur-Khivarsar-Sooyla-Netda section (87 km) of National Highway-62 is of 2-lane with Pewdsholder. Netra to Mandore Khand (Jodhpur) is already a forelane. This 87 km part will be upgraded to Fourlane. Under the project, a 6.55 km long bypass will be built in Bawdi. With this project, along with the lime mining areas of Khivansar, the cement industries of Nagaur district will also get better connectivity. Economic development of the region will be promoted.
