Whether you are taking a step to avoid the high cost of a large city or just want a new beginning in a new place – why not pay?

There are many states, cities and towns across the United States that provide financial incentives to move there. This is something that Ivan HawkCo-founder and COO Mekmomov CNBC tells, he wanted more people to know.

“For the first time, consumer is on the driver’s seat where they live and work. They are more mobile than ever, and if you are a smart person, you can do a lot of work anywhere, and it gives people the option,” they say.

“They are going from places like California, New York, Texas and Florida to places that have better quality of life. As far as they are concerned, they are looking for strength and community connections.”

The goals of most of these programs are called Hawk, reaching the audience of move-red talent and developing their communities.

“The places where it is usually participated in the middle of the country. Many times, these are places that are struggling to grow historically, or they have lost talent in the centers of the city. This is a way that they can open their doors and bring back some of the talent.”

Before applying to any of these programs, one of the most important things is a journey. Hawk says that this is something that he finds that many people ignore. But once this happens, go for it.

“The seats are limited, so if you are thinking about making a step, it is free to apply and gets your name in the cap, so take a dip,” he says.

By June 2025, the following cities and states are offering a financial encouragement, some of which are $ 12,000.

program name: Ayrohi West Virginia

Incentive: Up to $ 12,000 or more

how it works: In addition to money, West Virginia is providing a group of other encourages to future residents, including a free outdoor recreation package and a co-functioning location.
