The 25 -year -old American worked on service in the first set, winning 17 out of its 25 service points compared to 35 earlier serving Ukrainian.
The second set went before 3-3, before Caller fought Yashemska with an enthusiastic challenge to shut down the victory.
Yastremska, the first Ukrainian player to reach the WTA tour final on grass in 17 years, was playing in the second final of the year, but has reduced to winning his first WTA title since 2019.
