Majorka is an ideal place for a cheap weekend break. I know that most of us combine this grand Spanish island with all the inclusive kind of 1-week off, but I have just returned from Majorka’s journey from a 3-night journey and it was incredible!

I have kept my exact 3-night travel program at the end of the post so that you can see what we have done (and copy it if you want!)

Flights and Hotel Jet 2 were through holidays. They have a lot cheap Hotel in Majorka And I recommend living in excessive portals because it is beautiful and has just 20 minutes of transfer at the airport. Fancy pre-dinner drinks and then more affordable restaurants have a grand mixture of upmarket beach bars where you can save money on your food. The beaches are also beautiful so you do not need to pay anything for your days!

Why is Majorka so right for a weekend?

Low flight time , Flights from Manchester Airport with Jet 2 It was less than 2.5 hours so it is fully capable of a quick journey.

A lot of flights – Not only the flights are small, but there are many of them, giving you a lot of flexibility to plan the time, which makes you best.

Right weather from spring to autumn – I am not sure I will travel in winter but perfection from April to October.

Lots to see and do – In Majorka, there is a lot to see and do from the capital of Palma, hill villages and beautiful beaches.

It’s so beautiful – Majorka mainland is very beautiful than Spain!

Where to avail the weekend for Majorka

For a weekend break for Majorka, I recommend to be excessive Palma, or in Palma if you break a city. It is the capital of the island and is the place where there is an airport, so you can stay very close without wasting too much time on transfer.

Portals ness

I lived in the portals’ seduction, which was perfect for the weekend break. It took us 20 minutes to drive there from the airport, but it was not enough to listen to the aircraft overhead continuously.

Portals are an Upskel region of Nusk Majorka, which is known to be slightly on the luxury side for a glamorous harbor filled with luxury yats. Despite the Lux side for this region, it also has a very relaxing and attractive stretch, which does not need to be very expensive. All beautiful beaches mean to do a lot without spending a penny and there are cold beach bars you will love, which you will like.

Exe portal nous review

I stopped Exe portal nous through jet2holidays Which was about 15 minutes from the beach. The hotel is simple and favorable to the budget, but everything that you will need will need. The rooms were impeccable and comfortable with a luxurious bathroom and a balcony with a pool scene.

The pool area was really good and never felt busy and there is a pool bar that serves drinks and snacks.

We had included breakfast and buffet breakfast was fantastic. We had our coffee by the pool every morning, followed by fresh bread and cheese, juicy fruits, eggs and sausages with 3-corresponds breakfast (okay, sometimes 4-corps) and then breakfast cakes with a final coffee. What a way to start the day!

The reception staff actually made the hotel extra special. They were very sociable and helpful, always to welcome you or give you a recommendation.

We specifically appreciated that on our last day, despite checking out of our room in the afternoon, we were allowed to use an additional room at 7 pm to rain before going to the airport.

If you are fit and mobile, XE portal seam is a great option, but it is a hill walk to reach restaurants, bars and beaches. It is not far away, but summer and hills have felt it far ahead. We tried to get a taxi one evening, but it was not possible, so it is worth noting that taxis are not very reliable.

Should you hire a car in Majorka?

It really depends on what kind of holiday you want to hire the car.

If you want to get out and seek then yes, 100% fare is one. Cars are inexpensive to rent in Majorka and while some roads are narrow and feel a bit chaotic, it is relatively straight forward.

I rented a car for this journey, thinking that it would be good to get out and see some different beaches and villages.

But if I had to go back on time, I do not do one thing for this particular journey. I felt that the portals had offered the noise during the 3-night journey and I was not bored seeing the region. If you are going for more than 3 nights, it is good to get out and explore, but I am not sure it is necessary for the weekend.

My journey was also through jet2holidays, so we will include transfer anyway.

Tips for making the shortest break

If you are visiting Majorka for just one weekend, I recommend very much Stay close to airport To avoid wasting too much time on transfer. Portals were absolutely ideal,

If you want to find the island then you need hire a car but more importantly….Get up early !! Everywhere we visited, so busy till noon, so you ended to park miles away. Then you will waste a lot of time in search of a parking lot and then whatever you are seeing there, not to mention how difficult it looks when it is hot!

There are many Flights to Majorka But I recommend being one Early flight and a late flying back To maximize your journey.

Our journey program for one weekend in Majorka

day 1

• Flight from Manchester at 7 am with Jet 2
• Higher car and head gather for XE portals
• Pool time to rest
• Dinner at Luce Restaurant Donna portals (Walking 10 minutes from the hotel)

Day 2

• Breakfast in hotel
• Cala llombards and Calo des Moro Beaches (standing in an overflow car park which was about 15 minutes walking)
• lunch at Bar Kaila Llombirds (Really cool compared to bar on the beach)
• Noon by hotel pool
• Drink in the middle of freddy
• dinner Um Beach House Mallorka

Third day

• Breakfast in hotel
• Morning tour Waldemosa – Drink on can utum
• Lunch visit – lunch Tafa Which was fine. The food was good and has a good roof looking at the mountains.
• Back to the beach and on drinking Freddy’s beach bar
• dinner Chamili – Food was really good and very inexpensive. Employees were terrible.

Day 4

• Breakfast in hotel
• In the morning Caleta des portal in Nous
• lunch at Tabgha solidity beach bar
• Walk on Marina and ahead beaches
• Noon in the pool
• 7.00pm – Rain at the hotel and left to reach the airport for 8 pm
• 10PM – Flight Home

This was a full day on the last day. We considered going towards Soler for the afternoon but the greed of the beaches and hotel pools was very high! Another good option would be to spend the day in UM Beach House for a hardcore pool day experience.

Can you have a cheap weekend for Majorka?

So what is the decision? Can you have a cheap weekend for Majorka?

Of course, it depends on your version of ‘cheap’, but I will say perfectly that you can make a cheap weekend there! In fact, we had enough beaches to keep the portal busy in the portal noce in all weekends, so in addition to buying drinks and dinner, we did not need to pay for anything else after coming once.

My suggestions have been made to keep it more cheap:

• Travel around May or late September for the best weather at best prices.
• Ask your hotel receptionist for recommendations for cheap restaurants, they are local and always know the best!
• Take the maximum advantage of the hotel buffet breakfast and stock so that you can either give up lunch or have a small, cheap lunch.
• Fill your hotel mini bar with drinks from supermarkets.
