CCTV has caught the moment when a South Korean person drowned a metro car with flammable liquid before setting fire. The office of Seoul Southern District Prosecutors has released footage of arson attack on 31 May.
Six people were injured during the incident, including inhalation and sprain ankles while trying to escape from the train. No death was reported. The 67 -year -old suspect has been accused of murder and attempting arson.
