Things became worse for Gracini Ducati Rider when she crashed into high speed, beating the shoulders with Pedro Acosta in Turn 5 Hairpin.
The dramatic incident, possibly due to accidental contact with the front brake of Marx, was placed under investigation by FIM Stewards, who did not take any further action.
However, the news later revealed that the title runner-up had to face fracture in its left hand and would have to undergo surgery tonight.

Bezzecchi Mark takes a fight for marketing
In front, Bezzecchi divided the factory ducatis with a pass on Bagania, in which Acosta soon pushed the Italian from the podium.
The seven-riders of Markes, Bezchi, Acosta, Bagania, Morbideli, Vinals and Di Gennantonio were the seven-rider lead groups until the midway stage.
As the pace increased, Vijay became a four-way battle, in which Marke’s and Bagania met Acosta in third place.
A large rear side for Bezecchi via Turn 12 showed how difficult it was to live in the wheeltrack of the silverstone winner Marx, in which half-seconds were lurked behind the brinjal Aprilia rider.
ACOSTA gradually lost touch with podium competition, which was still the best performance of the season, while Bezchi pushed Marx into the flag, but was not able to attack.
Bagania, third, settled in two-seconds behind Marx, while Vinals caught Acosta for about fourth.
Franco Morbideli received a long lap fine for not taking time after taking a shortcut in the final chicken while trying to catch Team-Mate Di Giantonio for the fifth.
Quartaro was never a contenders and crossed the line in the tenth for Yamaha.
HRC’s Luka Marini is still recovering from several injuries while testing a superbike in Suzuka in Japan last month and was replaced by the Honda Test and Wild-Card Rider Alex Espargaro.
The Aprilia Test Rider Lorenzo Savdori was again injuring world champion George Martin in Aprilia.
