Everyone needs to “be able to find out what the problem is,” she says, plus, “You also need to be able to get into mourning, find the solution, write it yourself, get it in the world.”

She says, “The level of expansion that belongs to this process and not only the deliverable tells you a lot how she was really involved,” she says. If they can explain the steps taken to solve the problem, they may have taken those steps themselves – and can do it again to solve problems in their next company.
The second element Jain is seeing in response to a candidate. “If they get excited about both sides,” she says, “This is always a good sign.” They will carry forward that level of enthusiasm to carry out things.
