“I am really excited to go to Donington after a few weeks after Egypto-it was a difficult event for us, but step-by-step we made some progress until finishing on a difficult note in Race 2,” Jonathan Ri Said beyond the UK era.
“Looking forward, however, Donington is a track that I had great success in the past and last year, achieved my best results with Yamaha with a podium in the superpol race.

“This is going to be great for good home support and a lot of travel support from Northern Ireland and it is also my team’s house race, so there is a lot to get excited for it and let’s hope that we can be close to the fast end and fight where both bikes and teams deserve.”

While Ri’s weekend ended with an accident in Munano, Andrea LocatelliThe superpol race had more positive conclusions with a podium and the fourth in Race 2.
“After a really positive weekend in Egypto, we are prominent to Donington with great energy and confidence,” Locatelli, who is declared as the third member in the Yana’s factory Suzuka 8 -hour team, said ahead of the UK WorldsBK.
“The entire team did a wonderful job last time, and this gave us an additional boost in the next round.
“Donington is a sharp, flowing and technical circuit, which has a lot of history – it is always a special place for the race.
“I had a great experience in Suzuka with the factory team last week, so the goal, as usual, has to give 100 percent, we have created what we have created and – most importantly – enjoy yourself on the track.
“We are fully focused and ready to push.”
