The wheat complex posted most high trade on Thursday, with some exceptions of some spring wheat months. Chicago SRW wheat was 7 to 9 cents in Thursday’s session. The KC HRW contracts had 8 to 11 cents in most months at the Close. MPLS Spring Wheat watched the trade mixed with 1 and saint and contracts on September on Thursday.
From this morning, USDA’s export sales report showed 567,823 MT in 2025/26 sales, which ran at a high end of 200,000 to 600,000 tonnes. It was just 3.1% below before the week, but still more than double the same week last year. South Korea was the largest buyer of 90,000 MT, with 70,000 MT and Japan was sold 55,900 tonnes. There was another 9,373 MT for sale of 2026/27.

The world wheat stock for the end of 2025/26 is seen at 262.5 mmt, slightly below 262.8 mmt since last month, according to a survey by analysts in Bloomberg.
Strategy Grain has estimated a soft wheat crop of the European Union at 130.7 mmt for 2025/26, unchanged from the first month.
