Police have discovered a gang supplying drugs to professionals working in big offices in Hyderabad’s IT Corridor. The special thing is that from this gang used to come from this gang to buy cannabis together. Two such couples have also come under the grip of the police. According to the police, before the supply of drugs, this gang’s code-ward was a child. It is also special that the police caught a couple with their child buying hemp from this supplier.

The Elite Action Group for Drug Law Enforcement (Eagle) of Hyderabad Police detained 14 people who came to buy ganja. The raid was conducted on the basis of secret information, in which the presence of Sandeep, a Maharashtra, was detected. It was said that he had to come to Gachibouli to supply drugs. Sandeep ran away and dodged the police, but his phone was left behind, which had more than 100 customers’ numbers. In the operation, the team of Eagle posted in plain clothes laid a trap with HDFC Bank. Within two hours, 14 people were caught, including IT employees, an student, an architect, a dental technician and an advertising agency employee.

Couple reached with son

Surprisingly, there were two couples in them, one of whom had reached to buy hemp with his four -year -old child. The husband was detained, while the wife and child were released when they came to negative in drug testing. Urin test of all 14 caught people turned out to be positive. The police came to know of the codeword “brother, baby aa bhai” from Sandeep’s WhatsApp messages, which he used to inform the customers to inform them to be available. This codeword reflects the secret functioning of the drug network.

Packets selling in 3000

According to Hyderabad Police, the people caught were aged 22 to 34 years. Eagle Superintendent of Police Chennuri Rupesh said that Sandeep was an old criminal, who used to sell 50 grams of hemp packet for Rs 3,000. He bought 5 kg of cannabis worth 3 lakhs. He brought it to Hyderabad to supply it. The police is now trying to break the network completely by analyzing WhatsApp chat and digital evidence. The remaining 86 customers have been advised to go to drug de -addiction centers.
