Hx campaignThe world’s oldest cruise company, recently announced that they would launch the most diverse kayaking and camp programs in the industry in Antarctica, which would expand their current capacity. From October 2025, HX campaigns will increase their kayaking capacity by 188 percent and will double the number of their camping spots, allowing more visitors to experience Antarctica in a permanent and environmentally responsible manner.
There will also be opportunities for a single passenger access to camp and kayaking without the need of a partner. The HX campaign is introducing new singles, inflatable “discovery kayak” without any language requirement for self-directed paddling, as well as introducing new “wife bags” for the camp, which are light, scandinavia-sour, and customs. Now activities on the proposal will include two types of kayaking, two styles of the camp, snowings, a polar dip and extended hike.
“With extended kayaking and camping capacity, as well as more flexibility and access, we are opening polar areas for more adventurous than ever. “Whether you are gliding previous icebergs on your kayak or sleeping under the stars, we are helping to write our own Antarctic story here. And significantly, all experiences are designed in harmony with nature and strict adherence to environmental rules that control human activity in Antarctica.”
More than 20 years of experience in HX campaigns is a programming Antarctic journey, and it is a member organization that is a member organization that advocates a journey to the private sector safe and environmentally responsible in Antarctica.

The new 2025/2026 season will be managed in real time for all kayaking and camping booking in the seasons, which allows flexibility on guest preferences and weather basis. Booking will be done on the first come, first serve basis, and the previous lottery system in use has been discontinued. If the activities are canceled, the company will either re -determinate or provide full refund for that activity.
