The ministers argued their decision on establishing an inquiry into the scale of child sexual abuse by men of Pakistani heritage when they commissioned a piece of work by Dame Louis Casey – and it was a practical index of decision making, which was under considerable political pressure.

But this does not mean to be with a landslide majority for a government and is definitely not less than a year in its time in the office.
