Adeniconex Private Limited, One Joint Entrepreneur Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), has won 100% stake Granthic realteers Private Limited for Rs 85.99 crore, the company on Friday informed the stock exchanges.

Acquisition, completed through a share purchase agreement on 26 June, 2025 Windson Projects LLP And its nominee will support Adaniconnex Infrastructure development Arbitrations. Granthic, though yet to begin Commercial operationThe significant land holds assets and major licenses that will give adaniconnex a major start in project execution, AEL said.

In May 2023, registered in Mumbai, Granthic Realators works at the Infrastructure Development Space. The transaction does not fall under the related-party criteria and was executed through cash idea.
The company said in its regulatory filing, “This acquisition aligns with our goal of expanding infrastructure capabilities through strategic asset acquisitions.”
