Air fryer zucchini fries with yogurt dip — Vegetarian recipe — Diet Doctor

Instructions are for 4 servings. Modify as required.

Zucini fries

  • Preheat the Air Fire at 400 ° F (200 ° C).

  • Slice zucchini in half and then in a wedge -shaped fries. Place them in a large bowl, drip with avocado oil, and toss to gently coat.

  • Sprinkle Parmeson Paneer, Pepper powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and toss gently until all zucchini is covered with fries seasoning.

  • Place in the air fryer and fry until golden for 12-14 minutes, bouncing half the path.

  • Curd

  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped scallion, parsley and onion powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.

  • Suggestions

    Switch the spices! Try garlic powder, little Keyen, or Italian spice.

    Like a vegetarian option? Use nutrition yeast instead of permesson cheese, and swap the sugar -free marinara sauce for curd dip.

    Oven method
