Aldrich Potgiator started the third round of John Deere Classic on Saturday, which was just three shots from the lead.
He will not even play Sunday.
Potgiator, who won his first PGA Tour in Rocket Classic last Sunday, reduced the 5-over 76 to 4, which then ranked him 58th. About two hours later, however, the 20 -year -old South African withdrew from the tournament.
A reason was not provided by the potgiator or PGA Tour authorities.
He is listed in the next week’s area for the origin Scottish Open, which will mark his third straight start, but from the end of May only the fourth place was taken by the potgator four weeks – he said that the brake was to recharge and fit some new equipment – after Charles Schwab challenge in colonic.
In addition, the potgiator is not currently eligible for the open, although at number 49 in the official world golf rankings, he can get in the reserve list, which is away from Monday’s World-Kanking updates.
