What we love: Williams Sonoma Traditionaltch Muffin PAN had neck-and-neck with Chicago Metallic for our best overall PAN, but the cheap price of Chicago Metallic eventually gave it an edge. Nevertheless, there is a lot that we loved about tramsiontouch pan. Both a line and unlied cup produced beautiful golden brown muffins with an excellent growth and domed top that did not spread. The side and bottles of Anlind Muffin were slightly more crisp than those cooked with muffin liners-we can be slightly heavy with us cooking spray – But it did not affect the taste or result in a dryer crumb. The burst blueberries were also an issue with this pan, but, with Chicago Metallic, release and cleaning was an air.
While there are many similarities between Chicago Metallic and Williams Sonoma Pans, the biggest difference is that the traditionaltch has increased the handle – a huge plus, as far as we are worried. Since the pan is on the heavy side, they are extremely helpful to move the muffin and to the oven and to take them out on a cooling rack.
