Police in the Philippines believe that they know the location where the bodies of at least 34 cockfighting match-fixer were hidden. The deceased was allegedly murdered and thrown into a volcanic lake after disappearing from Manila and nearby provinces three years ago.

The lead came after one of the alleged suspects in a television interview that people were thrown into the Taal Lake, along with the bodies of other types of criminals. Justice Secretary Crispin Remula confirmed the plan to receive divers in the lake to try to see human remains.
