So I am thrilled to share that i’m joined Refinery29 as Chief Material Officer,
This is a full-cycle moment. Refinery29 was one of the previous platforms I saw doing beauty and fashion, and lifestyle materials spoke For me – intelligent, culturally aware, and creatively fearless. For 20 years, it has led to storytelling Center identificationEmotion, and Self-realizationI am deeply honored for helping to lead my next chapter.
Now, a little about how I met here.
As long as I can remember, I have loved fashion and beauty. Started as a dress-up drawer in my childhood bedroom, developed in a fashion blog I started in high school Glamorous eccentric. But it was not just about wearing clothes – it was about the creation of a world. As a child, I directed detailed Spice Girls Music Video, playing every role: director, stylist, hair and makeup artist, location scout and star. My first taste of media-building was-I knew what the “content creation” meant.

From an early age, I understood that beauty and style were a language. My grandmother, a teacher with a PhD, took himself with elegance and intentions. My mother, a trailblazing executive, could command a room in a completely sewn blazer. The message was clear: how you show cases – and the style is both armor and art.
Increasing in New York City, I was immersed in creativity. As a teen model with Ford, I got fascinated by what happened Back Camera: Who is telling this story? Why? I started documenting my outfits and started writing about the fashion show, I participate after school. No one was yet calling it a “manufacturer culture”, but it is what it was. And I loved it.
I went to study English at Stanford and Oglavy and under house arrest CirculationEach step shaped me. But CirculationI learned what excellence looked. Ogilvi taught me that advertisement, in its best, is art. In Ralph Lauren, I saw what it meant to make a brand people feelNokia gave me a global lens for marketing and taught me the importance of telling field-specific story. In Viacom, I deepened my understanding of how talent, material and strategy comes together to run cultural effects. And on Instagram, I first saw how the producers were going to change everything about the media.

In 2016, I launched Naked beauty Because I did not find the beauty podcast that I wanted to hear. I bought two mixes from Amazon and recorded them in my dining room. Nine years and more than 350 episodes later, Naked beautyOne of the top beauty podcasts globally. In 2025, we won Iheart podcast award For Best Beauty and Fashion Podcast. However, I am proud, however, that’s community We have created-serious, thoughtful, depth listeners who care about self-realization, rituals and reflections.
Recently, I have worked as a content manufacturer and entrepreneur-with a prize-winning launch, with the aerial beauty brands Naked beauty Fragrance In 2024, and keep growing Naked beauty Across the forms. It has been a masterclass in the story telling and advancing the creative boundaries with commerce. And I’m thrilled to bring Naked beauty Refinery 29 Brands in Family.
As the Chief Material Officer, I am excited to construct on the heritage of the refinery 29, with the storytelling, emotionally intelligent and deep into culture.

My lens has always been global. I live in Paris and London, made #Nakedbeeutyglobal The series to detect rituals around the world, and the first time it was seen how trends travel – how child breading in Ethiopia inspires the runway in New York, or how ancient Chinese beauty practices are viral on ticks.
Refinery29 is a global platform. And now, as the Chief Material Officer, I am excited to build on its legacy with storytelling, which is expanded, emotionally intelligent and deep into culture. I want to cooperate with emerging creators, what audio can remagin be, and develop new formats that show the world we live today.
As a mother of two, I understand a living with identity, time, and whatever I make and lead. I want people to come to the refinery 29 and leave more induced, more informed, and more connected to themselves.
