Social media is filled with heartfelt tribute, and emotional messages remember the late actor on the anniversary of their 5th death. Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor, who worked with the actor in his first film ‘Kai Po Che!’, And ‘Kedarnath’, took Sushant on his social media to remember. Recalling an emotional note, he recalled him, and expressed that one day does not go without thinking about him. He called himself the ‘biggest fan’ of Sushant and promised him to never forget.

Abhishek Kapoor directed Sushant Singh Rajput in his two most decisive roles. His cooperation started with Kai Po Che! (2013), Sushant’s first film, in which he was seen as Ishaan. Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadhu’s co-acting film not only introduced Sushant to Hindi cinema, but also established him as a promising talent. Abhishek Kapoor reunited with Sushant for Kedarnath (2018), where Sushant played Mansoor, a humble porter caught a prohibited love story against the backdrop of a natural disaster. The film also included Sara Ali Khan.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on 14 June 2020. On the anniversary of her 5th death, the actor’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared an emotional video.
In the caption of her post, Shweta also wrote and reflected on what he said in the video. “Today is brother 5th Death Anniversary, a lot has happened since his death on 14 June 2020. Now the CBI has submitted a report to the court and we are in a process of reclaiming it. But what I want to say today does not matter what everyone is in love or even if it is in love. And his smile and this child in his eyes, which can work with someone’s heart.
