Elon Musk’s X refuses to hand over data in French investigation

Elon Musk’s X denied the allegations made by the French authorities on Monday as part of a criminal investigation by the French authorities, stating that it would not present the demand of the prosecutor to hand over the data.

“For these reasons, the X has not accused the demands of the French authorities, as we have the legal right to do. It is not a decision that X takes lightly. However, in this case, the facts speak for themselves.”

The Paris has reached the prosecutor’s office for the CNBC comment.

The X set two distinguished persons on fire. The company claimed two “experts”, who will review the X algorithm, the Paris Complex Systems Institute (ISC-PIF) director David Chawalrias and AI platform leader Majiyar Panahi at ISC-PIF.

The X noted Chalarias runs a campaign called “Escape X” that encourages users to leave the social media platforms, and said that Panahi has previously participated in research projects with David Chavalia which shows open enmity towards X. “Both researchers are actually named on a research paper related to X.

“Participation of these individuals create serious concerns about the fairness, fairness and political motivations, to keep it originally. A predetermined result is not a reasonable,” X said.

CNBC has reached both Chalaria and Panahi, and has not yet received a comment on X’s statement.
