AMID Several Media Reports Claiming that the official Residence of Former Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, Has Been Seled, The Central Government Has Called The Claims Fake. In a post on x, pib fact check called the claims made fake and also advised to not fall for misinformation. The government also advised verified verifying news from official sources before sharing it.

Several social media users also took screenshots and shared the screenshots, claiming that the official Residence of the Former Vice Vice President has been seled and that he has been asked to vacate.
Meanwhile, news18 also reported, quoting sources, that Vice President’s Office Remains Fully Operational and Described the rumors as “Completely Wrong and Unfounded.”
“Any information that is being run, say the office of mr dhankar has been seled or shut is complete wrang and unfounded claim,” The sources said as quoted by news18.
The officials confirmed that it was business as usual at the Vice President’s Secretariat.
“The office is complete functional, and in fact, Crucial meetings, Including The Business Advisory Committee has also taken place today,” They added.

The VP Enclave, Housing the Vice President’s Residence and Office, was constructed under the Central Vista Redevelopment Plan. He styed at the vp enclave for near 15 months. He (Dhankhar) will be offered a type viii bungalow in luityens The type viii bungalow is usually allotted to Senior Union Ministers or Presidents of National Parties.
