- Google drive on Android is working on introducing Gemini-based PDF summary capabilities similar to people found on the drive on the web.

Google Drive has found many Gemini-related characteristics in the last months. However, many of these features first come on Google Drive on the web before making their way on the Android app. Now we have seen that Google Drive on Android may soon serve PDF summary through PDF viewer. In addition, the ability to summarize the files through the file viewer window will also support them to select several files to summarize them together.
One APK Fur Work-in-Congress helps to predict the facilities that reach a service in future based on the code. However, it is possible that such approximate features cannot make it for public release.
Google Drive already functions on the web Automatic PDF SummaryNow, Google Drive V2.25.250 for Android includes code for PDF summary through Gemini. We managed to activate the facility before its release to give you an initial look:
In the near future, users will possibly be able to summarize PDFs that are either stored in their Google Drive or have been obtained through Google Drive. For this, they will not need to get out of the PDF viewer and ask Mithun within the drive briefly – instead, they will be able to trigger Gemini from within the PDF viewer. Users will be able to click and select the three-dot icon on the top right Combine this file briefly Option. They can also tap the Gemini icon in the header and type in their request to submit the PDF.
Note that this feature is unlikely to work with offline PDF, which you are opening through the PDF viewer of Google Drive, so do not summarize the downloaded files. Your best bet will have to be placed on the PDF files to get a summary.
Unfortunately, these PDF summary are not yet displayed automatically, as they are on the web. However, this will not be a big deal, as you will be able to start a summary for any PDF, which you need to summarize.
In addition to all this, the file summary feature will also make it easy for users to summarize several files and folders. It would be very easy to select several files, as the users will probably be able to select many PDFs and doors, which press them for a long time. We managed to activate the feature before its release for the initial look:
Users will also be able to select a folder with files, but they can only be restricted to select a folder. When we were selected by many folders, we could not do the process of working, as you can see in the last screenshot above, where the Gemini icon no longer does not highlight. Thankfully, it seems that how many PDFs and doors can be selected, there is no limit, which should easily meet the most needs.
