The ICC said after its AGM that USA cricket will be “on notice” amidst the ongoing membership compliance concerns.

USA cricket was a serious risk of being suspended by the ICC, resulting in central funding and the United States’ sides of men and women’s side ICC events.

The BBC Sport has observed evidence that USA cricket has addressed five of the eight issues related to governance, finance and administration by the ICC.

Instead of a lump sum suspension, ICC opted for more time to resolve the remaining issues to USA cricket that the global governing body’s board “reserves the right to take such tasks because it is appropriate”.
