New Delhi, June 29 (PTI) Indian IT Major is aggressively reproducing themselves as AI-origin firms, focusing on high-margin applications and high risk, integration on capital-intensive founding research.

The annual report of FY25 from a deep dive industry beamoths – TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra – indicates that in the global AI race, India’s Tech Titans are not competing to invent AI, they are ranking themselves to become its premiere integrator.

Changes in a specific AI focus from normal digital changes have been captured in many titles of their annual reports. TCS frames its strategy within “Sada Adaptive Enterprise” run by “AI-Fund Approach”. Infosys takes an even more direct path with its theme, “AI Your Entprise”, while Wipro focuses on its role as an enabler in “help customers manufacture the AI-operated future-taiyar businesses”. Tech Mahindra joins this chorus with “AI Dillvored Right”. IT firms are focusing more on investing in human capital and increasing their workforce.

TCS has reported that more than 1 lakh employees have acquired “high-order skills in AI/mL and Jenai”, while Infosys has said that it has more than 2.70 lakh employees now “AI -ware”.

Similar trends are also seen in Wipro and Tech Mahindra.

Infosys chairman Nandan Nilekani said, “The arrival of AI makes another arc of uncertainty with all its possibilities and ability. As the enterprise applies AI on every aspect of the business, some long -term challenges will be mandatory and clear for firms.”

Heritage systems need to be modernized and creating a data architecture so that all firm’s data is consumed by AI, can no longer be closed, he said and urged enterprises that AI Foundry and AI factory as well as innovation along with innovation -also for fuel innovation.

“We think of AI that was born as a talented child and born in a library. It is access to all knowledge in the world. It absorbs everything – information, facts, fate, truth, untrue, human behavior are well used. It is well used, it can create extraordinary value, especially for businesses such as businesses.”

According to industry estimates, the global AI market is estimated to touch the sky, the approximate USD reaches 1.3 trillion in the next decade.

IT firms are not manufacturing their own big language models (LLM) to compete with OpenA or Google. Instead, they are deepening the partnership with Hypersscalers (Microsoft, Google, AWS) and chipmakers (NVIDIA) to use the latest models and infrastructure.

Firms are dedicated to cum-innovation, setting up AI centers of TCS excellence and AI labs, while Infosys is creating its AI foundry, which allows customers to use AI in a controlled environment.

Their bet is that as AI becomes a utility, the most permanent value will be captured by those who make it, but by those who expertly can wire it in every corner of the venture.

India’s largest IT services company TCS believes that generic artificial intelligence (AI) is not only another technical cycle, but a “civilized change” that will benefit every industry positively.

Tata Sons Speaker N Chandrasekaran, who presided over the TCS Board, said that 30 billion USD IT services company will make “big pools” of AI agents to work with Manav and to give solutions to the “Human AI” model in future.

Wipro announced a re -evaluation within its global business lines (GBLs) with the changing needs of customers and to redeem opportunities in AI, cloud computing and digital transformation.

“This development of our business lines will enable us to focus on the needs of the customer with consultation-lower and AI-managed solutions. This reality will allow us to give us better service to our customers, making us able to conform to us, high-effects.” PTI Enc DRR
