Tollywood actor Akhil Akkineni has officially entered a new chapter in life, as he tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Zainab Ravdjee, in an intimate wedding ceremony held on Friday, June 6, 2025.

The couple, who had been in a relationship for three years, got engaged on November 26, 2024, and have now sealed their bond with a traditional Hindu wedding surrounded by close family and friends.

The ceremony, held in Hyderabad, was attended by several prominent celebrities from the film industry. Big names, including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Prashanth Neel, were spotted at the wedding, making it a star-studded yet simple and elegant affair.

Akhil’s father and veteran acting legend Nagarjuna shared a heartwarming message for the newlyweds on social media. He wrote, “With immense joy, Amala and I are delighted to share that our dear son has married his beloved Zainab in a beautiful ceremony (3:35 am) at our home, where our hearts belong. We watched a dream come true surrounded by love, laughter, and those dearest to us. For the ceremony, both Akhil and Zainab embraced traditional Telugu wedding attire. Zainab looked radiant in a pastel ivory saree adorned with exquisite diamond jewellery, while Akhil kept it classic in a white kurta and dhoti, honoring the cultural roots of the celebration.

The couple’s understated yet elegant style has been widely appreciated online for its timeless charm.

Zainab hails from a well-established and influential family. Her father, Zulfi Ravdjee, is a prominent name in the construction industry, often credited as a visionary in his field.
