The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET UG 2025 results, with Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan securing the All India Rank 1, topping the highly competitive medical entrance exam. Candidates can now access their scorecards and download the final answer key from the official NTA NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.

In NEET UG, Madhya Pradesh’s Utkarsh Awadhiya ranked second. Delhi’s Avika Aggarwal female topper bagged all India fifth rank.
Delhi students have also made a strong mark this year, clinching three spots in the top 10. They secured the 4th, 5th, and 9th ranks, showcasing the capital’s consistent academic excellence in the medical stream.

NEET UG 2025 Results
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the gateway to undergraduate medical and dental courses such as MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), AYUSH courses (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, etc.), Veterinary and other allied medical programs
The cut-off marks for MBBS and other medical courses will be released along with the results.
For context, last year’s cut-off percentile was 50 for the General category and 40 for OBC, SC, and ST categories. This year, the cut-off is likely to be slightly lower due to the increased difficulty level of the exam, as per reports.
The official merit list and counseling schedule will be published shortly after the results.
