We will follow the court’s instructions.” Meanwhile, Banerjee reiterated on Sunday: “There is no reason why Bengali speaking people should be jailed. Why should they be harassed, disturbed or arrested?” Banerjee, his cabinet member and Trinmool general secretary Abhishek Banerjee has oversee preparations before the rally on Sunday.
According to the Chief Minister, the migrant workers of Bengal create sufficient population of the state. He protested against the alleged imprisonment, custody and labeling of Bengali migrant workers in BJP ruled states.
Banerjee usually uses the platform of the martyrs to kick-off the tone for the upcoming elections. However, this time, she moved into a procession from the college square to Asplanade in Central Kolkata for the cause of migrant workers, and established the voice of the next election.
