Pakistani accounts have denied the statement of Foreign Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on a conversation between Operation Sindoor between India and the US.
The Central Government examined a fact on X to compete with the false claims being made by these social media accounts. These states say that on 9 May, the United States warned Prime Minister Narendra Modi that Pakistan would initiate a major attack until certain conditions were accepted. Subsequently, India immediately accepted these conditions, claiming accounts.
In one of the Pakistani accounts run by Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi, a post that has been shared more than 400 times: “”India’s own FM confessed: “On 9 May, the US warned PM Modi that Pakistan would start a major attack until certain conditions were accepted.” India accepted – immediately. The Center said the claim is misleading and is a part of Jaishankar’s full statement during an interview with an American news publication.
“This claim is misleading! It is only a part of his full statement,” the government said in a post on X through a fact investigation organized by the Press Information Bureau (PIB).

The government said that Jaishankar said during the interview that Modi told the US that if Pakistan attacked India, there would be a reaction. And the next day, after India’s “massive reaction”, US State Secretary Marco Rubio asked him to inform him that Pakistan was ready to talk.
