New Delhi. Foreign ministers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi together on Friday evening. During this time, without naming once again, Pakistan’s terrorism was mentioned. The PM clearly stated that there is a collective fight against terrorism, which all countries will have to fight together. The meeting took place under the fourth meeting of the Indo-Central Asia talks. During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi clearly stated that India’s relations with Central Asian countries have always been priority. He said that India’s historical and cultural relations with these countries provide a strong foundation, which will be further strengthened in the future.
On this occasion, PM Modi shared his comprehensive view for India-Central Asia Cooperation. He emphasized the possibilities of deepening economic interactions, enhancing regional connectivity, expanding cooperation in defense and security and partnerships in emerging new areas. The Prime Minister also said that the strong partnership of Indo-Middle-Central Asia can serve as a common force to deal with regional and global challenges. Through this, peace, stability and prosperity can be ensured.
