Robert Galer Pitti of Rag and Bone is back from the Uomom Mela, where he made a presentation, and says that the reaction he received from Mainewear’s most enthusiastic enthusiasts is that the label is on the right path. He cited the classic suiting and crochet knit camp shirt as a highlight from the spring 2026 season.

It is understandable that Galer will put his claim on Pitti at stake. In this season, the designer cited fashionable mid -century men as an inspiration. He said, “We were looking at the 1950s and you had all the poets like Jack Carreok in America, and in Europe you have teddy boys and mode and all these stylish youth made their look,” he said. This is not all that you are different from the style subculture seen in Pittti Uomom today-among the people who wear three-tukra suits and others who lead more casual passages with streetwear pieces.

“The double-breadted suit was something that I loved from the beginning and we wanted to push-it’s great,” the galer explained. “We have suit in the past, but this is a new way that is a new way to do it.” The version of the gailer comes in a wool linen mixture that is just the right amount of casual when added with a denim shirt, which brings it closer to the reality of the raga and bone customer, which cannot be prone to wearing a full suit. “When worn with a jacket, it seems easy without being too fast,” he said.
