Earlier, the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal was launched, which was designed on 29 March 2023 for the processing of refunds of depositors of four Sahara Group cooperative societies as per the Hon’ble Supreme Court directive. Now, the Ministry of Cooperation has launched a new portal to resume or mark it as defective applications.
What is CRCs Sahara Resubmission Refund Portal?
The CRCs Sahara Resubmission Refund Portal is an online platform designed to reproduce the claims of depositors/members of the four Sahara Group Cooperative Societies, whose earlier claims were dismissed due to the shortcomings of the documents or any other reasons.
The entire process of Sahara refund is done on the basis of SOP approved by the Honorable Supreme Court Justice (Rit) Mr. R. Under the guidance of Subhash Reddy and Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court as per the order of Advocate and Amicus Curia, according to the order of 29.03.2023 in the case of IA No. 56308 of 2022, in WP (C) 191 (Sahara Refund Matter) of 2022.
Who are eligible for login through CRCS Sahara Rurgial Refund Portal?
Resubmission portal https://mocresubmit.crcs.gov.in Login is only for payment failure application and the applications have been informed wherever the deficiencies have been found and the depositor/member has been informed wherever the deficiencies have been found.

Those depositors /members for whom the reduction message is displayed on the CRCS Sahara refund portal can only login through the CRN number.
If due to the shortage, the membership form or account opening form has not been uploaded due to the concerned Sahara society or if the concerned society has scanned the formation form and/or account opening and the position of the same is updated by the concerned society on the portal, then the depositors/members are requested to re -start the portal claim to apply.
In addition, if the concerned society has not scanned the membership form and /or account opening form, the society will be requested to scan the above forms digitally and update the situation with the portal, the depositor /member is also requested to contact the society to upload the required forms.

For which four Sahara societies have been given refund?
Four Sahara societies are eligible for correspondence through the real and valid depositors CRCS Sahara refund portal:
I. Our India Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Kolkata.
ii. Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Lucknow.
Iii.saharayayan universing molltiiarpos sucaity limited, bhopal.
iv. Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad.
To deposit the depositors, depositors should deposit and the outstanding amount should be received before the following dates, to file a claim request:

Maximum total claim amount that can be presented on the Sahara refund portal
Depositors can deposit the following claim amount on Sahara Refund Portal
- Total claim amount from May 14, 2024 to Rs 1,00,000
- The total claim amount from May 20, 2024, Rs. 1,00,001 to 5,00,000 rupees
- Will be informed above Rs 5,00,000 later
What is the procedure for re-accomplices of my application on the Re-Action Portal?
The depositor will enter the 14-conductive claim request number (CRN) and validate through the captcha. The system reinforces linked Aadhaar reference numbers.
If valid, the CRN will get Aadhaar number from the reference numbers stored and OTP will be sent to the Aadhaarlinked mobile number. If invalid, the depositor will have to enter a full 12-conductive basis.
Can a depositor of Sahara Samaj add a new claim at the time of resume?
No fresh claim can be added to the re -starting portal. This original correspondence is according to the legal announcement submitted by the depositor at the time of submission of the application. Only the current claim with shortcomings can be resumed.
How will the depositor receive the amount of refund /claimed?
The refund of the claimed amount will be deposited directly to the bank account of the depositor’s Aadhaar, which is only 45 days from the successful claim date.
Can a depositor get out, even if he has partially filled the claim application on the Resubmission portal?
Yes, the deposit can get out of the resolution portal by clicking on the logout button. The depositor may come later and login to continue the claim application.
