SkyCT Entertainment is taking legal action on a project which is six and a half years behind the schedule. The casino company blames the Construction Company for widely delaying the New Zealand International Convention Center (NZICC), which is why Skycity is sueing the flexors for NZ $ 330M (US $ 199M).
The complaint includes gross negligence and flagant, frequent, or willful neglect to fulfill the obligations as per the building construction contract.

There was a fire in the early catalyst 2019 for slow development. While Skycity tried to reach an out-of-court colony with Fletcher, they could not come in a deal. Three years after the development started, the original finish date of the project was January 2019. Now the employed timeline is to open the property in February 2026.
Skycity is currently recruiting people to work in convenience. Talking about the project, Skycity CEO Jason Walbridge stated that the convention center “is a project of significant importance not only for Skycity but also for the economy of Auckland and comprehensive New Zealand.”
The Fletors dismissed the claims of the casino company, saying that it did not redeem the contract allegedly. It was noted that the fire was a shock, as the delay related to the Kovid -19. The flexors are not ready to pay the damaged losses on the maximum amount that works the building construction contract details.
