MAZRA, Syria-Syria’s armed Bedouin clan on Sunday announced that they withdrew from the Drews-Magority City of Swida and an American-Brokede ceasefire, as the humanitarian aid convoy started entering the southern city.
Drews killed hundreds of people between religious minorities and militia of Sunni Muslim clan and threatened to highlight the delicate post -wise infection of Syria already. Israel also launched dozens of airstrikes in the Drews-Magority Sweda province, which targeted government forces, who had effectively biased with Bedouin.
The clashes also created a series of targeted communal attacks against the Drews community, followed by attacks to take revenge against Bedouin.
A series of tight-for-cut kidnapping provoked clashes in various towns and villages of the province, which later spread to the provincial capital Sveeda city. The government forces were re -prepared to stop the fighting fight on Thursday before taking back the re -withdrawal.
Interim President Ahmed al-Shra, who has been considered more sympathy for Bedouin, tried to appeal to the Drews community of the militia critically. He later urged the Bedouin to leave the city, saying that he could not “replace the state’s role in handling the country’s matters and restoring security.”
He said in a broadcast of a address on Saturday, “We thank Bedouin for his heroic stance, but demands that they are completely committed to the ceasefire and follow the state orders.”
Along with other clans across the country, dozens of armed Bedouin fighters who came to support them remained on the outskirts of the city and closed by government security forces and military police. They blame the clashes against the spiritual leader Sheikh Hikmat al-Hizri for clashes on the clashes and accuse them of damaging the Badouin families.
“We won’t leave until he replaces himself with those who tried to stir the sedition. And then we will go home.” Khalid al-Mohammed, who came to the southern province with other tribals of Eastern Dayar al-Zoise province, told the Associated Press.
Help convoys enter Sweda but remain stress
The return of Bedouins with a human convoy on his way became a vigilant calm in the region. The Syrian Red Crescent said on Sunday that it sent 32 trucks filled with food, medicine, water, fuel and other help, when the fight left the province with power cuts and shortage.
Syrian state news agency Sana said the convoy entered Sweda on Sunday, but accused Al-Hiziri and his armed draus supporters of returning to a government delegation who was with another convoy.
The Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement that the convoy along with the delegation had two ambulances, filled with the help provided by local and international organizations.
Al-Hijari did not respond to the allegations directly, but in a statement said that he welcomes any assistance for Sweda and the claim he claimed was a distorted campaign against him.
“We confirm that there is no dispute with anyone on any religious or ethnic basis,” the statement states. “Shame and humiliation should be on all those who want to sow discord and hatred in the minds of young people.”
The UN International Organization for Migration said 128,571 people were displaced during the clashes, including 43,000 on Saturday.
The US appeals for the end of environment
The Syrian Special Envoy of Washington, Tom Barrack, said, the struggle and atrocities “overshraded” the country’s post -war transition and international community sanctions “overshraded”.
Barrack said on X, “All groups should immediately lay their arms, stop hostility and leave the cycles of tribal vengeance.”
Among those killed in a week -long battle, dozens of drews were killed in a range of targeted attacks in the city at the hands of Bedouin fighters and government forces. Online videos of drew religious authorities and fighters who destroyed the pictures of notes in homes appeared, and shaving mustache of elderly drozes seen as an insult to culture and tradition. In turn, Drews Militia attacked the Bedouin-Bahul areas on the outskirts of the province, forcing families to flee to the neighboring Dara province.
Syria has more than 1 million drains worldwide. Most of the other drews live in Lebanon and Israel, including Golan Heights, which Israel captured Syria in the Middle East War of 1967 and entered in 1981.
The Syrian drains celebrated the collapse of the Assad family on a large scale, which ended the tyrannical rule of decades. While he was concerned about the real Islamic rule of al-show, a large number of matters wanted to contact matters. Al-Hizari and his supporters, however, have taken a more confrontation approach with al-shared, most other impressive drews unlike figures. Critics also noted Al-Hijri’s previous loyalty to Assad.
However, recent clashes and communal attacks on the minority community have created a growing number of drews in a more suspicious area about Damascus’ new leadership and more doubts about peaceful co -existence.
