1. Suzy Pudding

Material:

-Suji -1 Cup
-He -Half a cup
-Sachine -Half a cup
-Pani -2 cups
-Chichi powder -half teaspoon
-Rews Fruits -Half Cup

How to make:
Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina to it and fry it on low flame till it becomes golden. On the other hand, boil water and sugar together. Now put boiled water slowly in semolina and keep stirring continuously. When the pudding becomes thick, add cardamom powder and chopped fruits to it. Serve the prepared pudding hot.

Material:

-Maida -1 Cup
-Suji -Half a cup
-Dudh -1 cup
-Sachine -1 cup
-Csar -7 threads
-He -to fry
-Chichi powder -half teaspoon
-Me -according to taste

How to make:
Mix maida and semolina. Now add milk and prepare the batter and mix saffron and cardamom and cover it for 20 minutes. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry them until they become golden from the batter. Prepare separate sugar syrup and soak the fried Malpua in it for 5 minutes. Pour the nuts on top and serve cold or hot.

Material:

-Guhon flour -2 cups
-Suji -Half a cup
-Add dal -2 teaspoons (soaked and drunk)
-The chili -2 (finely chopped)
-Derk -1 teaspoon
-Ig -1 pinch
-The chili powder -1 teaspoon
-Turni -Half a teaspoon
-salt to taste
-It -to fry

How to make:
Mix all the dry things in a vessel. Now add PC urad dal, green chillies and ginger. Add a little water, knead hard dough and keep it covered for 20 minutes. Now make small dough dough dough and fry the pods in hot oil. Serve with pickle or potato vegetable.
