Pavel Durov, the founder of the instant messaging app Telegram, says that the 100 children they have given birth will share their estimated $ 13.9BN (£ 10.3bn) fate.
“They are all my children and all will be rights! I do not want them to tear each other after my death,” Mr. Durov told French political magazine Le Point,
Mr. Durov says he is a “official father” of six children with three separate partners, but there are more than 100 other children after donating sperm in a reproductive clinic.
He also reiterated that he denies any wrongdoing regarding serious criminal allegations in France.
Self-creating Russian technology Tycoon also told the magazine that their children would not have access to their legacy for 30 years.
He said, “I want them to be like ordinary people, to make themselves alone, to trust themselves, to be able to make, not to be dependent on the bank account,” he said.
The 40-year-old said that he had now written a will because his job “Risk includes-defending the independence earn you many enemies, including powerful states”.
His app, telegram, which is known to focus on privacy and encrypted messaging, has more than one billion monthly active users.

Mr. Durov also addressed criminal allegations in France, where he was arrested last year after allegations of failing to properly modeled the app to reduce criminality.
He has refused to cooperate with law enforcement on drug trafficking, child sexual abuse materials and fraud. Telegram has previously denied having insufficient moderation.
In the Le Point interview, he described the allegations as “completely absurd”.
He said, “Just because criminals use our messaging service among many others, who do not make it the criminals running it.”
