Palestinians in Gaza are putting their lives at risk daily to get food as the aid is rare and violence has increased. Residents say that Israeli soldiers have set fire to aid routes and the looters have waited outside the distribution points to rob the supplements.Olga Cherevako, a spokesman for the United Nations Humanitarian Affairs office, said, “I don’t see how it can deteriorate, because it is already apocalypse. But somehow it gets worse.”Most of the food assistance is distributed by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which operates inside the military areas of Israel. The United Nations says that aid is not sufficient to prevent starvation. Palestinians have described scenes of chaos, in which the crowd creeps under the gun pill and people are shot or struggled for basic items such as lentils and flour.“I have nothing to feed my children,” Jamil Atili said, who was unable to get anything for her children, was empty -handed and injured from a food center.“This is not aid. It’s an insult. It’s death”, he said.Israel allowed food in Gaza this month after completely cutting for 10 weeks. United Nations Officials said this is not enough to prevent starvation. Most of the supply goes into GHF, which operates four food distribution points inside the Israeli military areas. Some assistance goes to the United Nations and Human Group Camps.According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, hundreds of people have been killed or injured while trying to reach aid in recent weeks. On Tuesday alone, more than 50 people were reportedly killed. Eyewitnesses say that Israeli tanks, snipers and drones set open fire to prevent the crowd from moving a certain point before the center opens.Palestinian witnesses reported that food boxes on the ground inside the foods were piled up, which were safe from the fence. Reported by Associated Press, as they can, thousands of people go in.When the supply goes out, desperate robbers often target those leaving with food.Describing anarchy, Mohammad Sakar said that stampede -like conditions often occur because people scramble for help. It is injured many, because no one is to help because everyone focuses on receiving food.Returns with very little or nothing. Umar al-Hobi said that he returned twice empty-handed, once and fourth on the fourth day, managed to grab a packet of lentils, firm to get flour for his three children and pregnant wife.“No one will show you pity these days.
