This Hustle Pays ,000/Week to Hand Out Flyers for Businesses

Martin de Enda took a flyer gig. He felt that it would be closed once-a quick job posting around Los Angeles for a small business that found him at Airtaskar, a local gigal app where people are paid to complete odd jobs nearby.

But that one work gave birth to another. Then another. Earlier, Martin was earning full-time stable money-and today, he brings around $ 1,000 a week, sometimes to help with demand for looping in others.

Here is how they converted a simple wrong into a reliable income stream – and why their success can be more replicated than you.

From one-band giggle to full-time work

Prior to Airtasker, Martin had bounced between jobs – from underwriting truck loan to working as failbotomists and handling customer service calls. He said that he was ready to do whatever he was always ready to meet, but none of it felt that he could do something that he could make for a long time.

It changed about two years ago when he stumbled into a task Airtasker Offer a few rupees to hand over to those flying for a small business in Los Angeles.

App connects people with local Gig jobs – Everything from moving help and yardwork to flyer distribution and delivery run.

Martin Airtaskar is used to constantly find gig of work, manage offers and connect directly with customers in the app.

“I thought why not?” He said. “I had a couple of hours and thought it would be easy money.”

It was – but more importantly, it happened more. The customer hired him again next week. Then another small business reached out. Within a few months, Martin had completed over a dozen flying tasks and realized that there was a much more demand than expected – and many people were not doing it well.

“When I started taking it seriously, he said. “I saw that if I kept showing and did a good job, then jobs would keep coming.”

An additional $ 100 or $ 200 was started as an additional earning method in a week. By the time he was approaching $ 1,000 a week, Martin was not just taking more giggs – he was starting creating a system around it. Most side hustles never on this scale – but for Martin, there was sufficient demand to start thinking big.

How does he earn $ 1,000 per week

Most of Martin’s weekly income comes from one thing: Flyer Distribution. He usually charge more about $ 100 per 500 passengers, paying more on some gigs location or turnaround time. In a good week, he completes 10 to 12 tasks, earning between $ 900 and $ 1,200.

The strategic batching allows Martin to complete many tasks in a trip – increases daily earnings.

“Many people ignored to fly because this old school looked,” he said. “But local businesses still needed it – and if you can correct it, they will continue to come back.”

Their customers include restaurants, small shops and real estate agents promoting open homes or listings. Even one hired him to post a missing person in several neighborhoods.

As demand raised the demand, Martin realized that he could not keep on his own. When they started building a small team – about 15 people in total – to help in flyer distribution. He coordinated the weekly pickup, tracked the assignment, and made himself available to answer questions.

“We meet every Tuesday for a few hours,” he said. “Everyone holds the pile of their flyers, and I am sure they have what they want. I still fly myself, too – I like to live in it.”

Martin’s workdays usually begin at around 8:00 pm and run late in the afternoon. A high-length day can include four to six jobs, with earnings from $ 400 to $ 1,000 anywhere, it depends on how things are piled up.

How does he change the giggs in long-term income

Martin said that he was the biggest reason that he was able to fly at a reliable $ 1,000/week, was that he behaved every task as a long-term relationship.

He was careful about which jobs he took and said that he learned the red flag to remember the newest taskers.

“I did not waste time on posts that were unclear or unreal. If no one included basic information – such as where they wanted the flyers to fall or how many – it was usually a bad sign.”

Instead, he filtered for jobs with clear instructions, proper salary and ability to repeat. Many of his best customers now booked him weekly or monthly-and most of them began with a single, well-executed work.

To be skilled, Martin stopped his actions from place. He avoided crossing the town several times a day, which cut gas, parking issues and lost time in lost time.

“I have already planned routes,” he said. “If I had a job in Eco Park, I would try to pass each other or third work before going to a separate part of the city.”

Clear communication, he said, a less but important part of the job. He always confirmed the work details through Airtasker’s messaging tool – especially when working with a new customer.

“A lot of canceled or poor reviews came from confusion,” he said. “If you have just checked, said at what time you will be there, and after that, most people were super easy to work.”

A weekly income target – usually approximately $ 1,000 – kept it focused and structured his weekly plan. On weeks, when the flyer work slowed down, he filled the gaps with castor, dog walking, or other quick tasks of familiar customers, who had hired him first.

When the flying gigs slow down, Martin filled the difference with quick tasks such as dog walking.

Over time, his Airtaskar profile was filled with five -star reviews, helping him stand out when he bids on jobs. He did not always offer the lowest price, but he said that customers often chose him anyway due to his credibility.

“Many people were doing this just for fast cash,” he said. “But if you showed what you said, and remain professional, you will be booked again and again.”

💡 Pro Tips: How to maxim your airtasker income

  • Be selective with tasks. Look for jobs with clear instructions, appropriate salary and long -term capacity. Leave unclear tasks – they are rarely worth your time.
  • Batch at the base of the location. At the time of travel, groups of nearby to cut gas and parking problems. More efficiency = more earning.
  • Plan around an income target. Martin is aimed at $ 1,000/week and when the flyer jobs slow down, fill the interval with quick tasks.
  • Use offer notes + follow-up. Highlight your experience while bidding, and a quick “tell me if you need something else”. It encourages repeat work.
  • Stand out with stability. Five star reviews, fast north, and detailed work notes are more important than offering the lowest price.
  • There is a “float zone”. If they pop up, leave the time to take small, sharp gigs in an area. It helps to fill slow days without overcoming.

What has this Udham made possible

For Martin, this side was not just about making money – it is more about saying how he spends his time.

He chooses his hour. He decides how much work to do. And if he wants to scale or slow down, he does not need to allow anyone.

Haslel in favor of Martin has helped him spend more life experiences – such as Dozers Games.

“It’s a good feel that no one has to answer,” he said. “I can determine my speed – and I know that if I want to go after this, there will be money.”

That flexibility has helped him to be consistent – and to make some durable constructions, not just a quick Udham. These days, when new jobs come, Martin can either take them to himself or root them through their small team – giving them the option to grow or pull it back, it depends on what life throws at him.

While he is not trying to make a brand or appoint an employee, he said he is proud of what he made – and wherever he can lead, he is open.

“Now, it works,” he said. “And if it keeps on working, I am good with it.”
