Artist’s bio

Zeenat Spiser has received grants from Penumbra Foundation, New York Foundation for the Arts, Queens Council and Magenta Foundation. He has shown his work at the Rencontress D’Arts, Baxter Street Camera Club and Vetman Gallery in the Centralis, among other places. The series of Spirkers, acquired by the Brooklyn Museum in 2025 to the end of the Earth.

In 2018, the Spiser published his first monograph C (see) with Chris Graves projects, and in 2024 at the ends of the Earth with Gost Books, which was shortlisted for the Rencontress D’Alles Photo Book Award in 2025. He received his MFA from Parsons The New School for Design. Spirkers live in New York and work.
