Two properties were accused of three people regarding arson attacks and a car associated with Sir Kir starrer will face a trial in April next year, a court listened to.
Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and Stanislav CarPIUC, 26 appeared together via video link from high security Belmarsha Jail in South-East London.
Petro Pocinoc, 34, however, refused to attend the Friday hearing and remained in his cell.
They will return to court next time on October 17 so that they can enter the arguments on the allegations.
The allegations are related to three incidents. The first was on 8 May when a car owned by the first Prime Minister was on fire on a road to live in the city of Kentish in North London.
Three days later, the PM -linked flats in nearby Isington caught fire. Firefighters had to save a person with the help of breathing equipment.
On 12 May, a fire broke out at the entrance of Sir Keer’s Kentish Town’s house, which is currently rented.
Mr. Lavrinovich, a Ukrainian citizen from Sidenham, South London, was earlier charged and three cases of arson were accused of enduring life.
Born in Ukrainian, Romanian National, Mr. Carpieuk, a Ukrainian, was charged with Ukrainian Mr. Pochinok, a Ukrainian born in Romeford, East London, Holowway Road, North London, with the intention of plotting to plot.
During a short hearing at Old Bailey on Friday, Mr. Lavnovich and Mr. Carpieuk spoke to confirm their identity and date of birth through only one interpreter.
Mrs. Justice Cheema Grub told the court that Mr. Pochinok refused to leave his cell for preliminary hearing, saying that the three people would be present in the court to formally enter the arguments in the court next time.
The three have indicated that they deny the allegations and a test date for 27 April 2026 has been fixed.
