Trump ‘disappointed’ from Alone Musk attacks on budget bill

US President Donald Trump says he was “very surprised” and “disappointed” with the criticism of Elon Musk, former colleague of his centerpiece budget bill.

“Elon and I had a great relationship. I don’t know if we will do anymore,” Trump told reporters at the White House on Thursday.

This was the most direct criticism of the President, which was a lobbying efforts of Kasturi against the proposals to cut taxes and cut the expenditure in the government – a plan that has criticized tycoon and some Republicans.

In response, Musk doubled the X and accused the President of “ingestion”, saying: “Without me, Trump must have lost the election”.

Musk left his post in the government’s efficiency department (DOGE) last week after 129 days on the job, and Trump presented him with a golden key on May 30 during a congratulatory news conference.

But in later days, he has repeatedly criticized Trump’s budget bill, currently doing his work through Congress, it is “disgusting disgusting” and “shame on those who voted for it: you know that you have done wrong.”

Bill passed the American House with the support of most Republicans, protesting some representatives of Trump’s party and all Democrats.

Speaking to reporters during a news conference with German Chancellor Frederick Merz on Thursday, Trump said: “We are doing things in the bill that are incredible.

He said, “I am very disappointed because Elon knew the internal functioning of this bill almost anyone sitting here,” he said. “Suddenly he had a problem.”

“They have not said bad things about me personally, but I am sure it will be ahead.”

Trump suggested that musk was upset about subsidy and removal of mandate for electric vehicles, which could affect their Tesla business.

Musk denied that it was the case and wrote: “Keep an EV/solar incentive cut in the bill, even if no oil and gas subsidy touched (very inappropriate !!), but dig the mountain of disgusting pork in the bill.”

“Pork” is a term used to describe useless government spending in American politics, especially on things for special groups or objectives with local areas.

After attempting to murder in Pennsylvania, Musk supported Trump last July, and Tesla’s boss allegedly made a funnel to bring back the $ 250 meter to the White House.

After Thursday’s news conference, in a hurry of posts on X, Musk denied that he had seen a copy of the budget bill and re -prepared the old tweet from Trump, where the President promoted a balanced budget.

Musk also took credit for a comprehensive Republican victory in the November election, wrote: “Without me, Trump must have lost the election, control the Dame Sadan and the Republican will be 51-49 in the Senate.”

“The ingestion in this way,” he said.

According to the most recent analysis of the budget office of the Nonpartison Congress, the budget bill will increase the US national loan by $ 2.4 trillion in 10 years and about 11 million people will be left without government -supported health insurance.

The White House disputes those figures, saying that they are not responsible for the revenue brought by increased tariffs.

In -charge of fundamentally killing the government’s expenses, Musk started large scale sacks and wholesale abolition of departments such as the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

Doge claims that $ 180BN has been rescued, although the number has become disputed, and is well lower to cut spending up to $ 2 trillion for the initial purpose of Musk.
