Ukraine is the heaviest attack as Trump criticizes Putin

President Volodimier Zelansky says Ukraine has hit Russia with the biggest air strike – 728 drones and 13 cruise or ballistic missiles hit cities across the country in many waves.

Zelancesi condemned “to explain the attack”, saying: “It comes at exactly when so many attempts have been made to achieve peace, to establish a ceasefire, and yet only Russia continues to reprimand all of them.”

President Donald Trump said that after sending more weapons to the US, there was an overnight strike – a reversal of last week’s suspension, which the US media said that did not know about Trump.

On Tuesday, the US leader expressed growing disappointment in Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump told reporters, “We are thrown a lot of nonsense on us by Putin, if you want to know the truth,” Trump told reporters. “He is very good for us all the time, but it becomes meaningless.”

Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Peskov said that Moscow was “very calm about it. The way of talking about Trump is usually quite harsh, which uses phrases.”

The two leaders have been in regular contact, but it has so far failed to translate into tangible steps towards a ceasefire in Ukraine – Trump once said that he would be able to achieve in a day.

Last week, after a phone call with the Russian President, Trump said he was “very sad”.

Trump said about Putin, “He wants to go all the way, just keep killing people, it’s not good.”

The Trump administration announced suspension of military aid to Ukraine, it was also criticized, allegedly authorized by US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Albridge Kolby, by the Under-Secondary of Defense for Policy.

On Tuesday, reporters were asked who had decided, sitting next to Trump – Hegseth – replied: “I don’t know. Why don’t you tell me?”

According to the American outlet Exios, now the opposite of the decision may mean that 10 Patriot missiles can be sent to Ukraine.

Kiev depends on interceptors to try to combat Russia’s missile and drone attacks, which continue to grow in intensity and frequency.

On Tuesday, Trump also said that he was looking at a restriction bill by Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, which would see 500% of tariffs imposed on trading countries with Russia.

Trump has been threatening restrictions on Russia since taking over in January, but has so far failed to impose anyone. In June, he said that he pointed the sanctions to a “cost of money” and indicated that he was waiting to see if there would be signs between Russia and Ukraine instead of a deal.

However, last week the US President said that he and Putin discussed “very” sanctions and said: “He understands that it is coming.”

Although the former and Kievs of the country are regularly on fire, any corner of Ukraine is not spared by Russian attacks.

Lutsk city – which is 90 km (56 mi) from the Polish border and is a transit center for military and humanitarian aid – the brunt of Tuesday night attack.

Explosions were also carried out in Laviv and Rivane’s western cities.

For its share, Russian officials have said that a Ukrainian drone attack on the border area of Kursk killed three people and injured seven others on Tuesday.

Earlier this year, there was a ceasefire talks between Russia and Ukraine, but no other meetings have been scheduled so far – nor Moscow nor Kiev appear to be optimistic that diplomacy will resolve the struggle, which in February 2022 was provoked by the entire -scale invasion of Russia’s Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Russia becomes aggressive in Summer in Eastern Ukraine.

“We are moving forward,” said Peskov on Wednesday. “Each new day Ukrainian must accept new realities.”
